Hello.

I'm Ali Shahwali.

I am a Software Engineer currently working at Tandem Health where we are building a clinical operating system, to modernize the software used in healthcare.

I graduated from the Royal Institute of Technlogy, or KTH, in Stockholm, Sweden. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. My main area of focus was theoretical computer science.

I enjoy studying complicated problems and building clever, efficient solutions from scratch. Over the years I've built all kinds of software ranging from compilers, 3D renderers, code editors and implementations of various obscure algorithms and theoretical constructs. Currently I spend a good amount of time writing Zig code. You can find some of my projects on my Codeberg profile.
